It has become clear that we must postpone our New Orleans Fundraising Gala scheduled for Friday, March 20th. Just 48 hours ago, we were optimistic, as we always are, that we could continue with the event as planned. However, with COVID-19’s rapid development locally, its declaration as a pandemic, and the clear need for urgent steps to contain its spread, we can not in good conscious hold the gala at this time. As an organization built on improving health care around the world- we recognize the importance of doing our part to help curb the spread of this Corona Virus.
We are so lucky to have the support of our artists’ BOYFRIEND, Jordie & Claire and Suzy Q in our decision to postpone. Chef Sue Zeminicak is also on board and ready to cook up some delicious Indonesian food on the new date. Our very special guest speaker Cesco Wowor has made the trip from Indonesia and will take this time to work with the LearnToLive team here in the US. Stay tuned for a virtual hello from him!
We’ll share the new date as soon as the arrangements are finalized.
All purchased tickets will be honored for the new date, however, if you are unable to attend and would like a reimbursement, we will arrange one for you. Please contact [email protected]
