It’s been a hive of activity behind the scenes at LearnToLive. We’ve been hustling—raising funds, gaining approvals, planning, and building.
We are beyond thrilled to share the next chapter in LearnToLive’s journey: the opening of the LearnToLive Learning Center, located just outside Tomohon, in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Recent visits to the newly completed Learning Center by LTL team members and the LTL Yayasan Board have paved the way for programs to commence later this year. We cannot wait to get started!
This milestone would not have been possible without the generous support of Cripps Foundation and The Carter Foundation, as well as all of the amazing individuals who have supported us in numerous ways. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Indonesian government and the Tomohon community for their invaluable collaboration.
Looking ahead, we aim to obtain national accreditation in Indonesia, develop international externship programs, and establish ourselves as a beacon of excellence in health education.
Join us in celebrating this milestone and stay tuned for more updates!
Check out some of the photos of the construction journey of the new Learning Center, designed by Alvin Tinangon & Henry Sujappri. This facility will be a hub for health education and global collaboration, featuring onsite accommodations to foster a true sense of community among remote healthcare workers and students.
